In terms of Section 77 of the Property Practitioners Act (Act No. 22 of 2019), the Act will come into operation on 1 February 2022.
The Minister for Human Settlements has in terms of Section 70 of the Property Practitioners Act,2019 (Act No 22 of 2019), and after consultation with the Board of the Authority published the Property Practitioners Regulations.
