The CSOS hereby issues Practise Directive No 1 of 2017, and issues in terms of section 36 of the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, 2011 (Act No 9 of 2011). The objective of the Practise Directive is to provide a guideline on the process to be followed for the payment of CSOS levies and fees.
