Chartall Business College has been appointed by Services SETA to assist and support all the learners who were enrolled, but not exited, by DITASA on these two qualifications:-
o FETC: Real Estate, NQF Level 4 (SAQA ID: 59097) and
o NC: Real Estate, NQF Level 5 (SAQA ID: 20188)
Chartall Business College and Services SETA met in August to put together a rollout plan and assessment strategy. Service SETA is in the process of arranging the collection and delivery of all portfolios still with DITASA. Chartall Business College is waiting for the arrival of these portfolios.
Individuals who received their Portfolio of Evidence back from DITASA without the assessment process being completed should courier or deliver their portfolios to Chartall Business College as soon as possible.

How can a learners confirm if they are in the project:-
Learners can submit a request by email to realestate@chartall.co.za. Please tell us:
o Name and Surname (and any other surname that you may have enrolled at DITASA under)
o ID number
o Qualification
o Assessment feedback letter (if available)
o Cell number
o Email address
Chartall Business College has set up a dedicated email address for the project:
Chartall Business College will also look at other ways to distribute information to the affected individuals, this could be via email, SMS, WhatsApp or a dedicated discussion forum. Individuals will be asked their preferences when we first contact them.
We are aware that this process took longer than anticipated, however Chartall Business College understands the urgency of this project and therefore are committed to expedite the certification of competent learners.
Please understand that CBC has to e-assess all the portfolios received from DITASA. This may result in different feedback results. We understand that this will be stressful and we hope we can work together to help you achieve your final certification.
