You are aware of the difficulty we experienced since late last year with the renewal of EAAB Fidelity Fund Certificates, Registrations, etc for agents.

Luckily, one of your staff members, Fiona Chaitowitz, came to our rescue.

Since our initial engagement with Fiona in mid-2018 (and there were many, many e-mail engagements with her) I am extremely impressed with the service of Fiona to her stakeholder – Century 21 Alberton. Glenvista, Mondeor, Meyerton, Vanderbijlpark and Gap Properties.

Throughout our whole engagement period, to solve all the outstanding matters (more than 20 of them), her assistance is commendable, she was extremely prompt with her e-mail responses and feedback. Even on a request of late yesterday afternoon, the matter was already resolved this morning.
