Thank you once again for handling this matter so quickly and efficiently, and it is an absolute pleasure having you at the EAAB, as without you there, would have given up all hope of trying to rectify this ridiculous request, as they really are incompetent, and should not be jeopardizing the livelihood of organizations such as ours, which seems to be their intent, as they really don’t have our interests at heart, especially the smaller independents.

Nevertheless, a big thank you for resolving the issue, and I have had a retraction and apology from the Raymond at the Board for wasting my time thus far, and would in future suggest that they work with us, and not keep threatening us, as they did in this letter of demand threatening penalties, when there’s a logical explanation to be had.
