In PPRA Notifications

The PPRA has in the past week embarked on a project of issuing PDE certificates to all property practitioners who successfully wrote and passed PDE 4 and PDE 5 between the year 2019 and 2023. These PDE certificates were auto issued and sent via email to eligible property practitioners, using email addresses that are captured against the property practitioner’s profile on the PPRA system.

Some of the emails and/or PDE certificates were, however, undelivered due to some being incorrect and/or no longer in use.  The PPRA calls all affected property practitioners who wrote and passed PDE during the period mentioned above and have not yet received PDE certificates,  to request an update of their personal email addresses via  the PPRA Query Management portal  (link: https://www.theppra.org.za/myffc/query_logging) and furnish the new personal email address accordingly in order for PPRA to effect the changes and issue the PDE  certificates  (this is in alignment with the provisions of POPIA).

When logging the query, property practitioners affected are requested to select Registration department and the update will be effected through that department.

Property practitioners are advise to send such requests by no later than 30 April 2024 and the PPRA will issue certificates during May and June 2024, using the updated email addresses. No certificate requests made outside of this process will be entertained.
