The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) wishes to inform all prospective exam candidates that the registration/enrolment period for the upcoming Professional Designation Examination (PDE), scheduled for 08 May 2025, has been extended.
This extension follows recent technical challenges experienced on the MyPPRA portal, which may have disrupted access for some users attempting to complete their registration. In light of these issues and in the interest of fairness and accessibility, the new closing date for registration is now Monday, 05 May 2025.
We encourage all qualifying property practitioners who have not yet registered to take advantage of this additional time to complete their registration and payment via the MyPPRA portal at www.theppra.org.za.
All other registration requirements, including compliance with FFC status, qualification verification, and logbook submissions (where applicable), remain unchanged. Please refer to the original communication for full eligibility criteria and procedural details.
