We have become aware that some of the FFCs issued during the 2025 renewal season are printing with the incorrect commencement year. Some are receiving a new FFC commencing 2024 instead of 2025.
We apologise for the system error which is causing this problem and wish to advise that our IT department is working with our developers to resolve this problem. We confirm that practitioners who are receiving incorrect FFCs will be able to obtain the correct 3 year FFC commencing in 2025, without further charges as soon as the issue has been resolved.
