In PPRA Notifications

All property practitioners, with the exception of candidate estate agents, are reminded that they are required to complete CPD training in accordance with PPA regulation 33.5

CPD training for all industries will commence in April 2025 and property practitioners are required to make payment of their annual CPD fees before 01 March 2025.

CPD for the 2025 year:

CPD modules for all industries will be uploaded on the PPRA CPD platform and practitioners are requested to complete their PDP online as to the modules for which they wish to register.

Estate agents who were required to register for and complete CPD modules under the EAAB and since inception of the PPA, and failed to do so, are urged to do so immediately to avoid disciplinary action.

All property practitioners are reminded that in terms of section 50(b)(ii) of the PPA, 22/2019, no FFC may be issued to any practitioner who is not in compliance with the prescribed education standards of the PPA and its regulations. Any queries may be directed to Cpd@theppra.org.za.

We thank you for your attention in this matter.
