The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) is delighted to share with all stakeholders’ inspections guidelines
The objective for the guidelines includes to: –
To communicate with property practitioners on the changes brought about by the Property Practitioners Act, 2019(PPA);
To outlines some of the pertinent aspects of inspections in relation to the Act ;
To explain what inspections is composed of in a practical manner and further touch on the areas of non – compliance and potential maximum fines;
To ensure that the Authority’s policies and procedures reflect best practices;
identify opportunities for enhanced collaboration and further engagements on the guidelines.
