We would like to invite you and your members to join us at the 2016 REALTORS® Conference & Expo, November 4-7, in Orlando, Florida. Below you will find event details, complimentary VIP registration protocol, a link to the VIP Registration form and other resources to help you with planning and promotion. We ask that you read through this information carefully as there are important registration deadlines included.
2016 REALTORS® Conference & Expo – Overview
Over 20,000 real estate professionals from around the world attend this event, with two goals in mind: networking and education. This year’s agenda includes:
- Over 100 education sessions – sort them by topic (international, sales & marketing, hot topics, business technology, etc.) to easily navigate the schedule.
- Trade Expo – get hands-on experience with over 400 exhibitors that will demonstrate the latest and greatest real estate resources and technology.
Country Networking Hours – each country (over 60 represented at the conference) receives a one-hour dedicated networking session in the Global Networking Center on the Expo floor.

Each of NAR’s partner associations will receive two complimentary VIP registration packages, intended for the president and chief executive officer from your organization. Substitutions are allowed and your association leadership can appoint your delegates.
To register your association’s two VIP delegates, click on the above VIP Registration button to download the registration form. You must complete and return this form by July 31st. The VIP Registration form also includes hotel reservation instructions as well as Global Networking Center registration.
The complimentary VIP package includes Premier Access Conference Registration, providing access to all education sessions, the Expo, General Session, Spotlight Series, Inspirational Program, Celebrity Concert and REALTORS® Night Out in Universal Studios Florida® — the world’s premier movie and TV-based theme park. VIP delegates will also receive a complimentary ticket to International Night Out, as well as the Inaugural Gala.
VIP Delegates do not complete online conference & hotel registration via the conference website. If you have problems downloading the form, contact us and we are happy to send it to you.
