Those affected by the new Property Practitioners Bill (B21B – 2018) should attend the public hearing hosted by the Provincial Legislatures.
The Legislature is inviting all relevant stakeholders and interested parties to attend the hearings.
You can still make a difference.
The industry has a final opportunity to provide comments on the Property Practitioners Bill before it is considered by the NPOC, where after it will go to the President for signing.
It is important to attend and address all your concerns personally as previously we have found that submitting written comment is not nearly as effective.
Below please find a schedule of the sessions. Please also note that some sessions take place on a Saturday.
We will continue to update the schedule as we receive the information from the various NCOP liaisons.
