We apologise to Practitioners who have already settled their accounts and have received the communication. If accounts have already been settled and communication was received, kindly provide proof of payment and/or request customer statements to confirm that the account has been fully settled.
We are aware that the FFC renewal period is still open and therefore Practitioners have until 31 October 2025 to renew and settle their FFC renewal invoices. For these invoices, please note there will be no legal action taken if not settled within the date stipulated in the Letter of Demand. However, Practitioners are encouraged to make payment towards these invoices to avoid late renewal penalties.
