The Department of Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation is calling on Property
Practitioners (Bonding Regulators, Auctioneers, Trusts, Property Valuators, Accessors) and the public at large to comment on the “Draft Property Practitioners Regulations” which were published by the Minister on 6 June 2020.
Public information sessions will be held in all nine provinces as outlined in the table below.
