In PPRA Notifications

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (“PPRA”, “we”, “our” or “us”) wishes to inform all Charter Academy CPD enrolled practitioners that we are attending to their queries relating to the status of their accounts.

The Property Practitioners who were incorrectly billed for PPRA CPD, credits notes were processed on 27 June 2025 to reverse the incorrect billing.

The invoices that relate to admin fees charged will be cleared by close of business 30 June 2025, once all payment allocations have been completed.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to the affected Property Practitioners.
