Subsequent to the letters of demand that were sent from the 4th of June 2024, we have received a huge number of email queries from the Property Practitioners relating to their accounts and we are attending to each query to ensure that all queries are resolved.
We are working around the clock to ensure that all queries received are addressed. We therefore request your patience to allow us to attend to each of your queries.
Property Practitioners are also welcome to come into the offices of the PPRA and obtain assistance from the debtors and recoveries department officials who will assist with any queries relating to their accounts.
We trust that this communique provides clarity regarding the queries received after the letters of demand were sent.
