REBOSA approached the National Consumer Commission and raised a number of issues. We can now share with you the responses received to date which provides important clarification on several aspects, but also raises a number of additional legal and practical questions. The below Question and Answer document sets out the Commission’s responses. special-report-cpa_ncc_qa_07072026 REBOSA will continue engaging with the NCC to obtain further clarification where required. We will share further guidance once any outstanding matters have been clarified. We are also in consultation with our legal team who are reviewing the regulations and their implementation.
