In PPRA Notifications

The EAAB has received enquiries regarding the confusion caused through the publishing of Examination venues on the EAAB website and whether the examination scheduled for the 19 November 2020 will take place in those venues or through the new On-line Exam platform as previously communicated.

This notice serves to clarify to all estate agents or examination candidates who wish to undertake the upcoming Professional Designation Examination (PDE) scheduled to take place on 19 November 2020 that the examination will be conducted strictly via the new online system and not in published venues.

The current venues currently showing on MyEAAB portal are merely for the purposes of enabling On-line enrollments and not for the actual conducting of the examination.  Enrolment therefore can thus be done either by the use of the communicated Enrolment form or via MyEAAB portal by selecting any of the published venues.

Examination candidates who applied either through the use of the Enrolment form or via the Online portal are reminded to check their allocated Examination seat numbers regularly on MyEAAB portal as the EAAB has begun the process of processing and allocating the Examination seat numbers.

The EAAB wishes to apologize for any confusion caused and wishes all exam candidates the best of luck!
