In PPRA Notifications

This serves to advise all estate agents who wrote the Professional Designation Examination (PDE) in November 2019 that PDE results are now available on the MyEAAB portal.  Certificates for those who have passed are being printed and will be sent by no later than the end of February 2020.  For those whose examination results are negative, it is the policy of the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) that appeals against negative examination results are lodged through the MyEAAB Online Query Management System, attaching the written Notice of Appeal or, request for appeal and proof of payment, within 10 – 14 days of receiving the notification of examination results.  It is the EAAB’s policy that no late appeals are considered.

Estate agents who did not pass the examination or whose examination results appeal is unsuccessful are advised to enroll via the MyEAAB portal for the forthcoming PDE examination  scheduled for 05 March 2020 which will open mid-January 2020. Similarly, examination  candidates who could not write the examination in November 2019 and their postponement requests have been approved by the EAAB must also re-enroll via the MyEAAB portal accordingly to avoid forfeiture and or, top-up of fees already paid.
