This notice serves to advise all stakeholders residing in Cape Town and surrounding areas that our offices in Cape Town remain closed until further notice. This is due to a strike action currently going on at the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) which also affects Cape Town Offices. We, therefore, urge stakeholders to use the following options for submission of logbooks to PPRA, especially those who wish to write the exam on the 20th of June 2023 considering the exam registration closes on 13th of June 2023:
• Email option: logbooks@theppra.org.za; and
• Courier Services option: To the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority, 63 Wierda Road East, Sandton.
Further, those who have already dropped off their logbooks during the period of office closure, kindly note that we are making means to get those collected accordingly to be assessed in Sandton but those who have made duplicates are requested to submit same through the above two options.
We sincerely apologise for all the inconvenience caused.
