In PPRA Notifications

This serves to inform all real-estate property practitioners (estate agents) that effective 01 July 2023, the Statutory PDE Exemption previously granted to property practitioners who practiced and were issued with FFC five (5) years prior to and up to the 15th of July 2008 is no longer available and no applications will be accepted in relation thereto.

Therefore, all categories of affected property practitioners (estate agents) who have not been granted the afore-mentioned exemption or have not written the PDE will be required to register and write PDE. All applications for eligible applicants received prior to 01 July 2023 will however be processed.

The 2023/2024 dates for scheduled PDE are as follows; these dates are also published on the PPRA website under Education.
