We have spent the better part of the last three weeks at the EAAB in an attempt to get all our members FFCs issued before the start of the New Year.  The EAAB has undertaken to resolve all outstanding issues before the end of the year.  We will receive a final list of all FFCs that have been resolved and issued on 29 December 2017.

Please note that once your FFC has been issued you are eligible to earn commission irrespective of if your FFC is available for download on your MyEAAB portal or not.  Due to the recent system errors the EAAB have been experiencing, there is a backlog uploading FFCs to agent’s portals which the IT department has promised to resolve by 31 December 2017.

If your FFC has been issued, then there is no need to be concerned if it is still not available for download.  We will follow up on this in the New Year.

Please remember when sending us your queries, to include your full name, EAAB 7 digit reference number and your proof of payment.  Without this information it is extremely difficult for us to make headway.
