Exam System glitches (25 February 2021 Exam)
Dear Exam Candidate
This is to acknowledge receipt your query logged regarding the technical glitches experienced during the 25th February PDE examination. You are advised that the query has been referred to our ITC department and an investigation is underway. Investigations by nature take time and we would like to request that you pardon us during this time as we plan to ensure that each matter receives attention it deserves. You will therefore be advised of the outcome of the investigation as soon as the investigation is concluded.
It is envisaged that the outcome will be available before the closing date of the next scheduled PDE examination taking place in May 2021- please refer to our exam schedule published on the website www.eaab.org.za.
